ProPace

Programs

Every program your club runs. Nothing on a clipboard.

Leagues, tournaments, championships, ladders, clinics, camps, socials, lessons, fitness classes, and the rotation nights that fill your courts. Set one up and the rest follows: courts reserve themselves, members register and pay, scores and standings update, communications write themselves.

A padel player in an orange long-sleeve top smiles as she turns with her paddle on a blue indoor padel court.

Rotation play, run properly.

Americano, Mexicano and King of the Court are how padel and pickleball clubs fill a Tuesday. Partners change every round, everyone scores individually, and one evening produces one winner. They are also the formats most likely to be run on a paper grid, with a pro doing mental arithmetic between rounds while sixteen people stand around waiting.

Free draw generators exist, and they stop at the draw. They do not know your members, take payment, reserve your courts, or put the result anywhere your players can find it. ProPace runs the whole night, inside the system that already runs your club.

Everyone partners everyone. With eight players over seven rounds, each player partners every other exactly once and faces every other exactly twice. The schedule is generated from a verified design, not a shuffle, and where the player count cannot deliver perfect balance ProPace says so before the night starts.

Each round is drawn from the live standings, so leaders play leaders and the field sorts itself as the night goes on. The draw you would work out on paper between rounds appears on screen the moment a round is scored. One tap sends it out.

Courts are ranked. Win and your pair moves up, lose and you move down, and the night is about reaching the King court and holding it. Ranked on rounds held rather than points scored, so beating weak opposition on the bottom court does not win the evening.

It is a club program, not a side app.

Members register from the member portal against your roster. Fees are charged to their card through your Stripe account. Courts are reserved for the evening. Results and final standings appear in the portal afterwards.

Scoring is one gesture.

Every match runs to a fixed total, so the score is a single bar you drag with your thumb. No keyboard, no arithmetic, no two fields to tab between while holding a phone at the net post.

The rotation is honest.

Sit-outs are named on screen with a running count. A player who leaves early keeps the standing they earned. Where the format cannot promise perfect balance, the app tells you rather than pretending.

All five sports.

Rotation play is not padel only. Run it for pickleball, squash, tennis or badminton on the same platform.

Depth

Nine ways to compete.

Most systems give you a bracket and a round robin. ProPace gives you the format that actually suits the event, from a club championship to a Thursday social.

  • Single eliminationClub championships and open tournaments. One loss and out.
  • Double eliminationBigger draws where one bad match should not end a player's day.
  • Round robin groupsGroup stage into a knockout. Everyone gets matches guaranteed.
  • Pre-set matchesYou already know the pairings. Enter them and run.
  • Box playLeague games on a set night, or arranged by your members inside the league dates.
  • LadderOngoing challenges with live standings. Members challenge up.
  • AmericanoEveryone partners everyone. One evening, individual scoring.
  • MexicanoEach round drawn from the standings. Leaders meet leaders.
  • King of the CourtRanked courts. Win and climb, lose and drop.

The rest of what a club actually runs.

Clinics and drop-ins.

One-off or weekly. Members register session by session, and each session is charged on its own.

Camps.

Multi-day, with junior registration that collects the details a parent expects to be asked for and confirmations addressed to them.

Lessons.

A bookable catalogue with instructor availability, requests routed to the right pro, and payment handled.

Socials and fitness classes.

Mixers and club nights, plus spin, yoga and studio classes with pricing that recognises a fitness membership.

AI where it earns its place.

The communications write themselves. Program announcements, round emails, reminders, score chasing, newsletters: drafted for you in your club's voice, ready to read and send.

Draws and seeding are generated for you, balanced and provably fair, from the ratings you already hold.

Courts handle themselves. Programs reserve what they need, conflicts are resolved before they happen, and the grid stays honest without anyone maintaining it.

Your club is not only racquets.

Spin, yoga, pilates, studio classes. Most clubs run them somewhere else entirely: a separate app, a spreadsheet, a whiteboard by the studio door. In ProPace a fitness class is a program like any other, with the same tools behind it.

Members find it in the same portal they use to join a league, register for the sessions they want, and pay through the same billing. Communications write themselves. Instructors, locations and capacity are handled. Attendance and revenue land in the same reports as everything else your club runs.

It also knows who your fitness members are. Add fitness to a membership tier and those members pay your fitness rate automatically.

What this gives back.

Most pros get back 8 to 15 hours a week. Draws generate themselves. Scores chase themselves. Registration and payment collect themselves. Rotation nights that used to need a clipboard and a calculator now need a phone and a thumb.
